Brothers and Jack Black as marriage made in heaven?
Ok
so Jack Black seems only capable of playing one character - thats
cool at least we know what we are getting. The Farrelly's however
have provided some astoundingly good hugely funny films (There's
something about Mary) and some real unfunny stinkers (Dumb and
Dumber). This is probably their second best movie. The plot is
as ridiculous as ever and the little bits of social comment work
nicely but the characters are pretty funny.
There
is of course a hug plot hole - Hal see's people's beauty in how
nice a person they are, which is fine, but how would he know how
nice they are before he meets them? Answer that one and stay fashionable.
